The AStA is also happy to provide you with its own rooms for your meetings. Room bookings for rooms 117 and 119 are NOT made via the room booking request, but via the following online form.
Room 119
Room 119 ("altes Skriptenbüro") in Kirchnerstraße 5, UG is open to all students. All recognised groups can receive a key or the room on request. You can find the room usage regulations here.
Our room booking tool at ILIAS
If you want to book the room, click here. In our Ilias folder you will find the room 119 booking tool, which you can use to book the room. Here you can click on "Actions" on the right. A tab will open where you select "Book". A calender view will open in which you can select the slots you want and confirm them by clicking on the "Make booking" at the bottom right.
